Commitment to Sustainability

As stated in our mission statement, “Persistent Creation of New Possibilities,” Visional Group is committed to building new businesses to address the issues society faces, delivering increased corporate value and contributing to a sustainable society.
 
Since founding “BizReach” in 2009, we have provided a mechanism to increase career diversity for professionals. “BizReach” has developed into a burgeoning platform that democratizes the hiring process and empowers job seekers. It has evolved into a leading career networking platform in Japan with more than 2.58 million scoutable job seekers*, and more than 31,700 cumulative direct employers*. Furthermore, “BizReach” has also shed light to opportunities for professionals to provide their knowhow to the public sector on a part-time basis, where more than 400 individuals have supported municipalities, government offices, educational groups and NPOs to help address their issues. To further accelerate this movement, BizReach Inc. has launched a new SDGs program “Mirai Investment Project” in February 2022, where we are committed to giving back to our communities the knowhow and assets to drive a sustainable future.

As a pioneer in the concept of “direct recruiting” in which the “BizReach” platform connects job seekers, direct employers and headhunters, we came to also identify a significant need after being hired - to increase workforce efficiency in Japan. We have released a cloud-based human capital management platform “HRMOS” in 2016. We have positioned our “HRMOS” platform as the central part of our vision of a data-driven ecosystem, curating an unmatched employee experience by putting people first. We truly believe that people is the largest and most important investment any company will ever make. HRMOS embodies our commitment to this vision. Hiring and retaining engaged and productive employees will be the key to our enterprise clients’ success and our society’s sustainable future, and the seamless integration of “BizReach” and “HRMOS” is positioned to provide the necessary tools to realize this fundamental goal.

 

Furthermore, we plan to continue evaluating all potential areas of growth that will emerge from seismic shifts and technological innovation and expand outside of HR Tech. We will pursue building businesses that contribute to increasing efficiency/deliver digital transformation for society and therefore deliver sustainable mid-to-long-term value for our stakeholders.

 

In order to continue delivering positive impacts to society through driving business growth, we believe collaboration between our people is crucial.
